You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, opened vape kits, coils, or pods unless the item is faulty.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
E-liquids and disposables once opened or used
Coils, pods, and tanks that have been filled or used
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
If you receive a faulty or defective item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thevapegurus.co.za with your order number, product name, and description of the issue.
We may request clear photos or videos to assess the problem.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund (as applicable).
Please note: Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain devices. Vape Gurus will assist in processing warranty claims where applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
If you wish to exchange an unopened product for a different item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any price differences.
